We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide easy-to-follow instructions via email on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Order Cancellations & Adjustments
All cancellations or changes—including but not limited to product variants, personalization details, or shipping address—must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order. The request must be submitted within this timeframe, even though confirmation from our support team may take 24–48 hours.
Due to our fast processing times, changes requested after 1 hour are not guaranteed. By placing an order, you acknowledge that Miora Jewelry is not responsible for any adjustments requested outside this window.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any damages or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for compensation. This policy helps us ensure timely resolutions and avoid fraudulent claims regarding damages upon arrival.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (including food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Additionally, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for personalized items. Any product that requires custom manufacturing—such as engraving, pictures, or other forms of personalization—is considered made-to-order. These items cannot be returned as they cannot be resold, making all sales final. However, if your personalized item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will still work with you to provide a refund or replacement.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or personalized products.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As noted above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
